Patient registered with chatbot, providing information about age, gender, language, location, etc. As soon as patient submits complaints in a free text, chatbot starts asking relevant questions about his/her medical condition (current health issues, medications) and symptoms. Then chatbot suggests doctor whom the patient’s care could be addressed. After the corresponding payment is done patient case starts processing by selected doctor.
After case acceptance, doctor is able to ask for additional questions, then request for lab or instrumental tests to confirm the final diagnosis of the patient followed by treatment description.
